The underfloor heating kept the room perfectly warm without being too hot, and the air purification system ran quietly, so it never disturbed my rest. Staff at the front desk and my personal concierge were incredibly attentive and thoughtful — they made sure every need was met with genuine care. During New Year’s holiday, when ride-sharing and buses were restricted near the scenic area, the hotel arranged a shuttle to drop us off right at the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was seamless and well-organized. This place isn’t just comfortable — it’s truly special. A perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.

This was my first stay at a hotel right by West Lake, and every moment of the trip was flawless. From check-in to checkout, everything ran smoothly and was handled with genuine care. The staff were consistently warm and attentive—always smiling, always ready to help. The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking: directly facing West Lake, with the musical fountain just steps away. Waking up to that scenery, especially in the morning light, felt like a dream. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with modern amenities. I loved the thoughtful touches—comfortable bedding, excellent air quality, and quiet surroundings. Facilities like the gym, indoor pool, and dining options were top-notch and made the stay even more enjoyable. This place truly delivers on luxury and comfort without feeling overpriced. Staying at Hangzhou West Lake Zhongwei Xiangyi Hotel was an absolute delight. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the overall ambiance felt luxurious and sophisticated—truly living up to a five-star standard. We dined on the rooftop where the West Lake Fish in Sweet and Sour Sauce was incredibly flavorful and authentic. Breakfast was an incredible spread—over a dozen steamed dim sum varieties, fresh fruits galore, five or six types of congee, and even pigeon soup! My kid declared it the best breakfast he’s ever had. Our room was on the 8th floor with brand-new renovations; I assumed it was recently updated, but was surprised to learn it was renovated back in 2017—yet it looked flawless, which speaks volumes about their maintenance and attention to detail. The hallway carried a subtle, pleasant fragrance that added to the refined atmosphere. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from West Lake, and cycling to Hulin Silver Tower takes only minutes—perfect for exploring the city. A special thank you to Manager Lulu at breakfast for her thoughtful care toward our child, and to room attendant Xiao Yu for the sweet little welcome gift. These small touches made all the difference. This stay exceeded expectations—highly recommend and definitely planning to return.

She even shared personal recommendations for nearby hidden gem eateries, which made our stay feel so much more authentic and enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and attentive, keeping everything spotless. From check-in to checkout, the service was top-notch, making this a truly memorable stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with genuine hospitality, this is definitely the place to book.

Nearby Xiangji Temple even offers free admission, making it a peaceful spot to reflect or light incense. A short walk leads to Shenglihe Food Street, a lively hub packed with local flavors—especially loved the authentic Qiqihar barbecue, which was delicious and affordable. The fitness center is small but rarely crowded, so privacy isn’t an issue. While not huge, it’s functional and well-maintained. All in all, this place delivers great value, warm hospitality, and a genuine sense of local character—definitely worth returning.
