She even shared personal recommendations for nearby hidden gem eateries, which made our stay feel so much more authentic and enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and attentive, keeping everything spotless. From check-in to checkout, the service was top-notch, making this a truly memorable stay. Absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel—definitely deserving of a 10/10! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the shopping district with everything just steps away. I loved how easy it was to explore the city, and the breakfast spread was incredible—huge variety of both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. But what truly stood out was the staff member Tangtang. From the moment I arrived with my luggage, they offered to carry it up to my room without being asked. They even took time to point out little details about the room that made the stay more comfortable. When checking out, they kindly asked if I needed help arranging a ride—such thoughtful, personalized service. It’s rare to find hospitality this genuine and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Hangzhou!
