After enjoying breakfast, I could just chill in the room with a little nap without feeling rushed. While the robot delivery occasionally had to handle multiple food orders, the staff were always proactive, personally delivering meals right to my door. Their flexibility and attention to detail really made a difference, especially during busy times. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and convenience. I truly hope the hotel continues to maintain this high standard—it’s definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Shenzhen.

Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen

Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, staff immediately assisted with our luggage—so welcoming and thoughtful. The room itself is beautifully designed in a classic old-money style, elegant and timeless. I was especially impressed by the bathroom amenities: the entire Thelier skincare collection had such a subtle, luxurious fragrance that made every moment in the room feel like a little escape. The executive lounge is truly worth it—floor-to-ceiling views of the city skyline are breathtaking, perfect for relaxing or just gazing into the distance. They serve drinks starting at noon, which is a great touch for guests who enjoy a cocktail or two, and the pastries are absolutely delicious—well-crafted and fresh. Special shoutout to Mandy, whose warm and attentive service stood out. She made us feel genuinely cared for. This hotel exceeded all expectations, and I’m already planning my next visit—especially curious to see the new rooms!
