Once we got into the room, the condition was shocking: food stains on the bed, the AC didn’t work, and there were no towels, toiletries, or toilet paper. In the morning, no breakfast was provided, and there’s no restaurant on-site either. Everything advertised online was a complete lie. We left the moment we could after just one night. Attached are photos of the so-called 'restaurant' and the locked gate I had to scale to get in. If you're looking for a safe, reliable stay in Mumbai, avoid this place at all costs.
