What truly stood out was the concert shuttle service; after the show, the driver even offered bottled water, and the vehicle had the artist’s songs playing in the background—a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience unforgettable. I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival. The front desk staff, especially Miss Huang Jinhua, was incredibly helpful—we asked if she could print out our child’s homework, and she did it right away without hesitation. The whole hotel exudes that classic old-money elegance, with thoughtful touches everywhere—from the decor to the service. It’s clear they care about every guest experience. A truly memorable stay, highly recommended for families looking for comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality.
