Hot water in the bathroom came on instantly, and the toiletries were from the lovely Petrov brand—subtle fragrance, high quality, and such a nice touch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and I appreciated the free self-service laundry area. Even the delivery robot added a fun, futuristic vibe to the stay. Breakfast at the third-floor dining hall was an absolute highlight—the space features a unique Tulou-inspired design, and the breakfast spread was impressive: endless options, including local favorites like Sha Cha Noodles and coconut cakes, all fresh, tasty, and satisfying. During New Year's period, the hotel was lively with plenty of family-friendly activities that kept the kids entertained. The guest manager, Xiao Luo, went above and beyond—she reached out before check-in to confirm details and checked in regularly during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. On checkout day, she even arranged a late departure without hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, leaving no corner untouched. Every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and professionalism. From start to finish, the service felt personal and caring. They even followed up later via WeChat to confirm whether the noise had affected my rest. That level of care and attention is rare these days. While the nearest metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away, getting around Xiamen is incredibly easy thanks to abundant taxis and ride-sharing options, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, offering a variety of fresh, well-prepared options. Overall, this hotel delivers outstanding value and comfort. Just outside the door is a scenic walking path perfect for evening strolls under the stars with a gentle breeze. Public transport is super convenient too—buses are steps away and connect to all parts of the island. Cleanliness was top-notch: all toiletries were brand new and single-use, which added to the comfort. Overall, the value-for-money is outstanding. When we noticed a small issue with our first room, the front desk team handled it instantly by upgrading us to a new one with no hassle. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short, pleasant stroll to Jimei University Town. We spent our days wandering through the streets, exploring shops, and enjoying delicious local food without rushing. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

She quickly arranged for a room change and made sure everything was taken care of with a personal touch. The new room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped—exactly what we needed. Staying here felt safe and relaxing, so I decided to extend my stay right away. From the warm hospitality to the seamless problem-solving, this experience truly stood out. The cityscape around Wuyuan Bay is beautifully maintained, with elegant residential areas and villas adding to the charm. The view from the room is breathtaking—direct sightlines of the bay and the bridge, whether during the day or at night. What truly stood out was the concert shuttle service; after the show, the driver even offered bottled water, and the vehicle had the artist’s songs playing in the background—a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience unforgettable. I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival. This level of care made my stay feel personal and special. If you're visiting Xiamen, this hotel should be at the top of your list—excellent service, stunning views, and an unforgettable experience.

Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference. And then there’s the dining experience at “Xian Cheng” on the 6th floor, recently awarded a Michelin Star. The Cantonese-Fujian fusion cuisine is exquisite: the Buddha’s Delight (Fo Tiao Qiang) is rich and aromatic, the satay black tiger prawns burst with flavor, and the ginger duck is simply unforgettable. Every meal felt like a celebration. In short, this place nails every aspect—location, facilities, service, and food. It’s not just about a good night’s sleep; it’s about being treated like family while experiencing true luxury. If I ever return to Xiamen, this will be my go-to choice—without hesitation.

This is an absolutely outstanding five-star hotel experience! The service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional from check-in to check-out. Breakfast and dinner were both impressive: abundant, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room view was breathtaking, with stunning city or garden scenery that made every moment feel special. What truly stood out was how well the little details were handled—everything from the welcome amenities to the quiet attention to comfort made the stay unforgettable. I especially want to highlight Assistant Manager Xiao Wu and Xiao Chen—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make guests feel valued. This hotel delivers on every level: location, comfort, dining, and hospitality. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be back.
