During New Year's period, the hotel was lively with plenty of family-friendly activities that kept the kids entertained. The guest manager, Xiao Luo, went above and beyond—she reached out before check-in to confirm details and checked in regularly during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. On checkout day, she even arranged a late departure without hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, leaving no corner untouched. Every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and professionalism. From start to finish, the service felt personal and caring. This is an absolutely outstanding five-star hotel experience! The service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional from check-in to check-out. Breakfast and dinner were both impressive: abundant, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The room view was breathtaking, with stunning city or garden scenery that made every moment feel special. What truly stood out was how well the little details were handled—everything from the welcome amenities to the quiet attention to comfort made the stay unforgettable. I especially want to highlight Assistant Manager Xiao Wu and Xiao Chen—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make guests feel valued. This hotel delivers on every level: location, comfort, dining, and hospitality. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be back.

Her professionalism and smooth handling of the process made everything quick and stress-free. But beyond just efficiency, she radiated kindness and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who combines such polished service with a welcoming personality. Molly truly made my stay feel special right from the start. If I ever return to this hotel, I’ll be hoping to see her again—she’s definitely a standout.
