If you're heading to Shanghai Stadium or Sports Arena for a concert, it's only one stop on the metro—or even easier, a short walk or bike ride away. This A.T.HOUSE property has that modern art vibe I love. The second-floor afternoon tea lounge and late-night dining spot are both stylish and inviting. The pastries are delicious, and the chicken soup wontons as well as the pork-filled dumplings are seriously satisfying. I was originally booked into a room type that wasn’t available yet, but the team kindly upgraded me to a Premium Suite—huge upgrade in space, view, and design. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. I ordered fresh fruit platters after my concert, and they arrived at my door in no time. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. Even at check-out, they handed me a lovely souvenir—a large record-shaped biscuit box that’s both cute and tasty. If there’s another concert in town, this will be my go-to hotel again.

The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and offered a great view of the street—perfect for people-watching or just enjoying the city vibes. Housekeeping was top-notch too—the cleaning crew was thorough and always quick to restock essentials like toiletries and towels. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. We checked in early at 8 AM for my child’s exam, ensuring they’d have a warm meal right after finishing at 11 AM—this thoughtful timing made a huge difference. In the heart of Xujiahui, where space and convenience are priceless, having this flexibility was truly appreciated. There was just a tiny bit of noise at night, but that’s something most hotels deal with occasionally—no big issue. What stood out was the instant hot water upon arrival and service that responded within three minutes. The efficiency and attention to detail were impressive. Overall, an excellent stay with a perfect score.
