Staying at Lead-Goal Premier Hotel in Changsha's Wuyi Square was an absolute delight. The hotel staff, especially Ella the concierge, went above and beyond—she patiently answered all our questions about transportation, local cuisine, and must-visit attractions, even sending us a detailed itinerary before check-in. Our room was upgraded free of charge by the front desk team, which made the stay even more special. On January 2nd, the housekeeping staff left a sweet handwritten note with a small gift—so thoughtful! Though I didn’t get a photo, it truly warmed my heart. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to both Line 2 and Line 6 of the metro, making it super easy to explore downtown Changsha. Everything from service to convenience was top-notch. Staying at Days Hotel & Suites China Town near Wuyi Square and Changsha Railway Station was an absolute highlight of my trip to Changsha. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Yuanjialing Metro Station on Line 2, perfectly positioned between the busy train station and the bustling Wuyi Square. During peak hours, I never had to worry about crowded trains—Line 2 runs directly to Changsha South High-Speed Rail Station and intercity lines, making travel across the city super convenient. Bonus: since it’s not in the heart of the tourist zone, finding a taxi was never an issue. The room itself was well-equipped and very comfortable, especially the down comforter—so cozy and warm. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views of the city skyline. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout, and the staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Every day, they welcomed us with a fresh fruit platter—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was served on the 31st floor, with a mostly Chinese-style menu. While the options weren’t extensive, the food was delicious and satisfying, perfect for starting the day right. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, convenience, and comfort—definitely a place I’d return to on my next visit.

I stayed at Mehood Elegant Hotel Changsha for six nights and had an excellent experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—special thanks to Miss Wong (Xiangbo) and Miss Fung (Mengyao) for their consistently warm and attentive service. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining staff were friendly and efficient. While some facilities show signs of aging, the room and common areas remained clean and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the team—this is what made my stay so memorable. Despite minor wear and tear, the exceptional service earned this hotel a near-perfect score in my book. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

My friends were impressed by how convenient it was and even complimented me on choosing such a great spot. To top it off, the front desk manager proactively offered us two subway cards—such a thoughtful touch! It’s these little details that make all the difference. Location is excellent: right next to the metro station, making it super easy to explore popular spots like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. Right outside the hotel, there's a great local Hunan restaurant and another one called 'Yan Changsha'—highly recommended but requires advance booking. With such convenience, great food nearby, and top-notch service, this place offers incredible value. Definitely planning to come back.

The room itself was spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed with all the essentials. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly—so cozy that I slept like a baby. What truly stood out was the incredible attention to detail: when we used the self-service laundry late at night and didn’t have time to hang our clothes, a housekeeping staff member named Cai quietly took care of it for us. When I retrieved my clothes the next morning, they were still warm—such a thoughtful touch! This level of care made the experience unforgettable. I ended up extending my stay just to enjoy the comfort and hospitality again. Changsha is amazing, but this hotel truly made it special. Highly recommend!
