The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Highly recommended!

Even though it's not indoor, the upkeep makes it a standout feature. Everything about this stay felt premium and thoughtfully designed. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.
