Even small details like alcohol wipes, toilet seat covers, and bath mats were thoughtfully provided. Only minor note: the hairdryer wasn’t the most powerful. The rooftop lounge on the 23rd floor offers afternoon tea and happy hour for guests with privileges—great for unwinding. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was fantastic: a wide variety of coffee options, freshly made, plus an unexpected highlight—hard-boiled eggs already peeled! There’s also a great selection of soups, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. The 25-meter pool is spacious and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. Staff service was excellent throughout—special thanks to Alice at reception, who was incredibly helpful and friendly.
