Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price for just two nights. The apartment was located on a terrace below the pool and felt worn out and poorly lit. There were visible stains on the carpet, the safe didn’t work at all, and a faucet in the bathroom dripped continuously. There was no labeling on the shower taps to indicate which one was hot—very frustrating. While the bedding was clean, the floor just under the bed was covered in dust. The pool was full of leaves, and the surrounding area was overgrown with weeds and littered with empty cans and food wrappers—really unsanitary. Security was also a major concern: access to the pool should have required a key, but the door was left open, and a fire exit was propped open with a wedge. The terrace was easily accessible from the pool area, and after a shower, water flooded the space and remained stagnant—no signs of drainage or obvious blockage. We reached out to management to express our disappointment and expected better quality for the price we paid. This experience fell far short of what we hoped for, and it’s hard to recommend this property without improvements.

Breakfast gets very busy on weekends, and we had to skip it due to time constraints—such a pity since the buffet looked amazing. But honestly, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. A supermarket is about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing fresh fruit or snacks. And during Christmas, they surprised us with candy and festive socks—so sweet and memorable! If we ever return to Sydney, this will be our top choice again.
