When we had to wait briefly for our room to be ready, instead of just letting us sit, they brought over a small snack specifically for our 4-year-old daughter. She lit up instantly, turning what could’ve been a boring wait into a sweet little moment. Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. The only minor suggestions: there’s a bit of room for improvement in water supply—more bottles or easier access to refills would boost comfort. Also, while the carpet was clean, it looked slightly dull; upgrading the cleaning or considering a refresh might better match the hotel’s premium feel. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here. This wasn’t just good hospitality—it felt human. We’re already planning our next visit to Shenyang, and New World will definitely be our first choice. From check-in to every little request, she responded promptly and with genuine care. She even surprised me with a birthday cake—such a thoughtful gesture! The cake was delicious, beautifully presented, and truly made my day extra special. The location is excellent, just steps away from transit and local attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. This experience has definitely earned my full recommendation. The front desk staff were exceptional—especially Wendy, the manager, who warmly welcomed me and even arranged my previous room with a thoughtful fruit platter. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The fitness center is well-maintained and equipped with modern machinery. Everything about this stay felt premium yet affordable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for comfort, service, and great value.
