The room was spotless and well-organized, with daily cleaning ensuring everything stayed fresh and tidy. Water pressure was strong, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—no issues at all. The only minor downside is that the bathroom doesn’t have a full door, which can be slightly awkward when soaking in the tub or stepping out after a shower. But honestly, that’s a tiny trade-off for such a great overall experience. Clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient—this hotel deserves every bit of its high rating. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Dongdaemun was a fantastic experience! The room is compact but perfectly functional—fitting a 24-inch and 29-inch suitcase with ease. I loved the variety of pillow options and the mattress had just the right firmness for a restful night's sleep. Hot water in the shower was strong and consistent, which made my morning routine stress-free. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—close to Olive Young, MIMILine, Egg Drop, and SPAREX Sauna, plus a short walk to Namsan Park, perfect for families with kids. While it’s not as lively as Myeongdong, all my favorite shops are within easy reach. Getting to Myeongdong is quick via Subway Line 2, and taxis are affordable too. For a comfortable stay with great value, this hotel is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a great base in Seoul with excellent transit access, a lively neighborhood, and reliable service, this hotel delivers everything you’d want. The location is incredibly convenient—take the airport bus 6015 and get off at Euljiro 2-ga, then just turn left and you’ll spot the hotel right away. The front desk staff were very friendly and communicative during check-in, and housekeeping comes every two days while bed linens are changed every three days—really good attention to cleanliness. There’s some construction noise from nearby work sites during the day, but since we stayed out late exploring, it didn’t bother me at all. The area is packed with convenience stores, and there’s a little shop right downstairs that I ended up visiting almost daily—it’s amazing, with delicious food and a kind staff member who speaks Chinese and gives great recommendations. They also pointed us toward a fantastic grill restaurant across the street, which turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip. Overall, this place offers excellent value, comfort, and a great neighborhood vibe. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Seoul.

From the airport, taking the subway to Exit 8 at Myeongdong is quick and straightforward, though you’ll need to walk a few steps—just a two-minute stroll to the hotel. If you’d prefer not to walk, the airport bus (routes 6001 or 6015) drops you right outside the door, with a fare of about 17,000 KRW per person—worth it for the ease. The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, making your stay feel personal and comfortable. They also offer free luggage storage, so whether you check in early or check out late, your bags are safe and secure. It’s such a thoughtful touch, especially for travelers with tight schedules. Overall, the location, service, and value make this a top pick. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect – one of the best values I've experienced in Seoul! I’d definitely come back again. The location is unbeatable: right next to Subway Line 2, the main artery of the city’s transit network, making it easy to reach almost any destination. Just across the street is Dongdaemun Market, and it's only two stops to Myeongdong – home to Lotte Duty Free and tons of great shops and eats. The Airport Bus 6001 stops right at the hotel, just a 5-minute walk away – no stress with transfers. Convenience stores are everywhere nearby, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There’s a friendly guy on staff who speaks Chinese, which made things so much easier, especially for luggage storage. Even though it’s not on a busy road, there’s a police station right at the corner – and I actually saw officers patrolling in their car late at night. That kind of security really adds peace of mind. If you want comfort, convenience, and a safe, welcoming stay in Seoul, this place is a must-try.

The hotel is excellent overall—great location, super convenient for getting around Seoul, and the staff are very friendly. My only confusion was that I booked a two-night stay, but I had to check out on the second day and couldn’t recheck in until after 6 PM. That timing restriction felt a bit odd and wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Still, the team handled it well, and even though I had to move my luggage, it didn’t ruin the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the value for money was strong. Definitely would stay here again.
