Our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center was excellent—no complaints at all. The breakfast was a highlight: fresh, hot, and well-rounded with plenty of options. While some furnishings showed signs of wear and minor updates to paint and decor would be beneficial, the overall cleanliness and comfort made up for it. We’ve always loved staying at Comfort Inns, and this location lived up to our expectations. Great access to local attractions, quiet neighborhood, and friendly staff. We’re already planning to return next year—highly recommend!

That said, the pool bar service was painfully slow during our visit, especially over Memorial Day weekend. With wristband prices increased from $25 to $55, it would’ve made sense to bring in extra staff to keep up with demand. Waiting 30+ minutes for a drink really took away from the relaxation we were hoping for. It’s a shame because everything else about the stay was excellent. A little more staffing during peak times could make this already great experience even better.

I even showed up in person, only to be left scrambling to find another place to stay at the last minute. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a major waste of time.
