The apartment sits right by the sea, and even on a cloudy morning, the misty coastal breeze gives it a peaceful, almost dreamy vibe. While we didn’t catch the sunrise, the atmosphere was still incredibly serene and beautiful. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and offered great value for the price. Waking up early lets you enjoy a quiet walk nearby, soaking in the fresh air and calm surroundings. Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and affordability—highly recommended for travelers who want a laid-back seaside escape.

Qingdao Sky Villa Hotel (May Fourth Square)

The hallway and bathroom could use a little update, but the room itself was spotless—so clean that even with my usual pickiness about hygiene, I felt completely at ease. The bedding was exceptionally clean and super comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Best of all, the view from the window is fantastic—overlooking May Fourth Square with great cityscape views during the day and beautiful lights at night. It’s such a pleasant place to stay, especially considering how well-priced it is. Definitely recommend this hidden gem.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The moment I opened the window, I was greeted with a breathtaking view of the open sea—especially magical at night when the city’s light show illuminated the skyline. The ambiance was so peaceful and calming, it felt like living in a postcard. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the subway station, and within a 15-minute stroll to the shopping mall. The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and came with brand-new, single-use toiletries—very thoughtful and hygienic. The host was incredibly responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless. I especially loved spending an evening walking along the waterfront, enjoying the cool breeze and the gentle waves. It was such a relaxing and memorable experience—I’d definitely come back again.
