The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade. Daily free sodas and bottled water are a nice touch. One of the best features? There’s a free laundry machine on the premises—perfect for longer stays or business trips. This little detail made my entire stay in Beijing much more enjoyable. Staying at Yi Hotel Beijing Sanlitun Taikoo Li Tiedong Lake Subway Station was a fantastic experience overall. The room had all the essential amenities, and while the TV remote wasn’t the most responsive, everything else worked well and met expectations. What stood out the most was the cleanliness—right from the moment we walked in, the space felt fresh and tidy. The bathroom was spotless: no water marks on the sink, the toilet was immaculate, and even small details like the tissue holder were neatly arranged. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—there are pharmacies, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance, and the subway station is just a short stroll away, making it easy to explore the city. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient—they even upgraded us to a windowed room without hesitation! Housekeeping was also warm and attentive. Great value for money, excellent service, and a comfortable stay. Definitely planning to return and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. I was especially impressed by the excellent soundproofing—no noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway at all. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was a real highlight—varied, delicious options including both Western and local favorites, and plenty of it. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short walk from the subway station, making it super easy to get around Beijing. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers incredible value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

We were also touched by Rebecca and Ethan from guest experience, who prepared a special photo frame as a keepsake. When we returned to our room, my daughter spotted it instantly and exclaimed, 'This is me and Daddy!' The joy and emotion in that moment brought tears to our eyes. The warmth and personal touch from every staff member made us feel truly welcomed, especially during Beijing’s chilly winter. It wasn’t just a hotel stay—it felt like coming home. We’re already planning our next visit, and there’s no place else we’d rather stay. Thank you for making our memories so precious.

Whether it was a simple request or something more specific, the team responded quickly and efficiently, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The parking facility is managed by a third party, but guests enjoy a daily credit of up to $100—great value for those driving in. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Overall, this was a relaxing, luxurious escape in the heart of Beijing. Celebrating New Year's Day at Rosewood Beijing was the perfect way to start the year. With chilly weather outside, staying put in this luxurious hotel felt like a dream. I’ve always admired Rosewood’s design aesthetic, and this stay didn’t disappoint—the executive suite might not be huge, but the view from the windows is absolutely unbeatable. Even the little touches, like my initials embroidered on the pillowcase, made the experience feel personal and special. The executive lounge exceeded expectations—both the food quality and service were outstanding, easily among the best I’ve experienced in China. And then there’s the pool: even in winter, it feels like stepping into a serene greenhouse garden. Calm, elegant, and breathtakingly beautiful—hands down, one of the most stunning pools in Beijing. A true gem.

Every weekend, I look forward to unwinding with a little peace and quiet—just me, a good book, and a break from the daily grind. Lately, my go-to has been the Executive Room at Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center, and it’s quickly become my cherished weekend ritual. Sure, the room is more compact compared to other luxury hotels, but the view of the Liangma River from the window makes every moment feel special—so serene, so picturesque, I can’t help but linger by the window. The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. After trying several places, they keep coming back to Kempinski—not just for the food or rooms, but because of the warmth, the genuine hospitality, and that sense of home. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a sanctuary. A place where stress melts away, and memories are made. This year, we’ve already booked our Lunar New Year stay. Can’t wait to return and relive that feeling all over again.

I especially appreciated her help during New Year's Eve for securing a great spot to enjoy the first-floor party; it made the celebration even more memorable. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff on the 16th floor, particularly Mr. Fan, who consistently maintained an immaculate environment. His attention to detail—like straightening misplaced items and ensuring every corner was spotless—made the entire floor feel fresh and welcoming. I initially planned to stay just one night, but the level of care and comfort convinced me to extend my booking. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained—every detail reflected high standards. Located just steps from Huamao Center subway station, getting there was a breeze. I was truly touched by the exceptional service I received during my stay at InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun. I accidentally left behind a toiletry bag containing a significant amount of cash in my room, and I was extremely anxious at first. To my great relief, every staff member involved—from housekeeping team member Shiyuan, shift manager Zhang Lei, security officer Qin Yanling, to front desk agent Zoey—went above and beyond to help locate and return my belongings. Not only was everything recovered, but the cash remained untouched. Under the leadership of Manager Bai Lu, this team demonstrated an outstanding level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and responsibility in a luxury hotel setting. This experience made me fall even more in love with InterContinental, especially this property in Sanlitun. The location is unbeatable, the service is top-tier, and the attention to detail is unmatched.
