This estate is absolutely massive—beyond the main building, it spreads across an entire hillside with a beautifully arranged cluster of villas (Xiangyuan) nestled among the trees. Just strolling in the sunshine felt like a mini escape from reality. The staff were proactive even before check-in, reaching out to ask about our preferences, and continued checking in throughout our stay—very attentive without being intrusive. From front desk to concierge, everyone responded quickly and warmly. We tried the yakitori dinner at Yiba and breakfast, both of which were delicious and well-prepared. Despite the surprisingly long corridors in the guest rooms—some of us joked we’d need a map to find our way back—the overall experience was outstanding. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a peaceful retreat that made our weekend truly memorable.

The hotel is quiet and serene, tucked away in a peaceful area yet still close enough to explore the nearby attractions like West Lake via public transit. It’s an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure stays. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and colleagues.

It felt a bit awkward, like being brushed off, even though I was only there to preview the space. That said, since I already purchased a 5-visit pass that isn’t refundable, I had to accept it. Still, kudos to the customer service team—they were consistently thoughtful, responsive, and professional throughout my stay. With their support, it’s easy to overlook the small bump in the process. Overall, the hotel delivers great value, and I’d definitely consider returning.

The space-saving design really makes the most of every inch—smart and practical. The 18th-floor restaurant is a highlight—great for meals or even working remotely. Bonus: free access to self-service laundry and dryers, plus a steamer for clothes—perfect for business travelers. Even better, food delivery comes straight to your door via robot! That’s not just convenient—it’s futuristic. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful throughout. Despite being in a bustling city district, the hotel feels peaceful and serene—no noise, just calm. Honestly, the value for money is outstanding. I stayed and didn’t want to leave. The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hangzhou—it's my go-to choice for convenience and comfort. The on-site dining on the ground floor is excellent, especially the Song Sister Fish Soup, which is silky and flavorful, and the salted egg yolk pumpkin is rich and satisfying. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. One thing to note: the upper floors are currently under renovation, so there can be some construction noise starting around 8 AM. If you're an early riser or don’t mind a little background sound, it’s not a big deal. But if you prefer quiet mornings and love sleeping in, you might want to request a lower-floor room. Overall, the value is outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—definitely a place I’ll return to.
