The water temperature and pressure in the shower were perfect, making it ideal for relaxing after a long day. The TV screen is large and supports screen mirroring, so I could easily stream my favorite shows. The pillows were incredibly comfortable—truly made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was decent, with good quality and tasty options. But honestly, the real standout was the front desk staff. Their service was exceptional—always polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm. It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hangzhou—it's my go-to choice for convenience and comfort. The on-site dining on the ground floor is excellent, especially the Song Sister Fish Soup, which is silky and flavorful, and the salted egg yolk pumpkin is rich and satisfying. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. One thing to note: the upper floors are currently under renovation, so there can be some construction noise starting around 8 AM. If you're an early riser or don’t mind a little background sound, it’s not a big deal. But if you prefer quiet mornings and love sleeping in, you might want to request a lower-floor room. Overall, the value is outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—definitely a place I’ll return to.
