The bathroom facilities are clean, well-maintained, and modern. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of variety, including fresh pastries, local dishes, and international options. We stayed in the room on the right side (as shown in the photo), which is easy to spot. I also checked out the gym—it’s spacious, well-equipped, and offers a great view. Overall, the hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and excellent value. Highly recommended for families visiting Xi'an.

Breakfast was an absolute highlight: fresh, diverse, and delicious—especially the breakfast sausages with rice and the homemade bread. The attention to detail shows how much they care. The hotel’s thoughtful management philosophy really makes guests feel respected and valued. It’s quiet, clean, and just steps away from the metro, making it easy to explore Qujiang and surrounding areas. I’m already planning my next trip. The room itself was a perfect blend of modern design and comfort. I booked a family room, and it was spacious enough for three people with plenty of room for luggage and even a cozy family meal. The bedding was soft and inviting, and I slept so well that I woke up refreshed every morning. Smart features made life effortless—voice-controlled lighting, curtains, and even the smart toilet added a futuristic touch. What really impressed me was the soundproofing: despite being on a busy street, the room stayed quiet once the windows were closed. It felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. Breakfast was another standout. A generous buffet served from 7 to 10 AM offered hot dishes, fresh salads, fruit, homemade soups, and drinks like coffee, milk, and soybean milk. The variety changed daily, keeping each morning exciting. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help—whether it was refilling a dish or offering recommendations. I also loved the free Hanfu experience—putting on traditional Chinese clothing and strolling through the old streets gave me a real sense of history and culture. I’m a big fan of the Mercure brand—my first experience in Chengdu left such a positive impression that I’ve been choosing Mercure hotels ever since, and I’ve never been disappointed. Staying at Mercure Xi'an Downtown was just as fantastic. The room was clean, modern, and incredibly welcoming—especially with the smart curtains and toilet that made everything feel effortless. From the moment I opened the door, the warm, bright ambiance instantly lifted my mood. Even though I booked a promotional rate, they upgraded me to a better room—such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast wasn’t overly elaborate, but it was fresh and satisfying, especially given how affordable the overall price was. Any small request I had was handled quickly and professionally. The location is unbeatable—right near the Bell Tower, steps away from metro access and taxis. Plus, the nearby city wall adds a nice historical vibe. There’s ample parking, which is always a plus. One tiny suggestion: for solo travelers, adding a secondary lock on the door would make me feel even safer while sleeping. Overall, this hotel nails every detail—comfort, service, convenience, and value. It’s hands down one of the best stays I’ve had, and I’ve already recommended it to friends.
