Special shoutout to Manager Liu and front desk staff Xiao Yu: their warm, attentive service made all the difference. They even arranged a late check-out without hesitation, which was such a thoughtful touch. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly, and the overall value is outstanding. I’d absolutely book here again on our next trip to Xi’an—highly recommend this gem!

Staying at Grand Soluxe International Hotel during my family trip to Xi'an was an absolutely flawless experience—so much so that I ended up extending my stay by two extra nights! Initially, I booked three nights because of the great value and unbeatable location near the train station and Wukou Metro Station. But once I arrived, the comfort, service, and convenience made me want to stay longer. The hotel is perfectly positioned—just a short walk from metro lines and bus stops, making it incredibly easy to explore key attractions like the City Wall, Big Goose Pagoda, and ancient Daming Palace. The room view? Stunning—direct sightlines to the historic city wall and train station, which added a special charm to our stay. Special shoutout to Mr. Wei Xinglong from the concierge team—he went above and beyond helping with luggage and package collection, always cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hao and Xiao Liu, were warm, professional, and attentive. When we mentioned the room felt a bit warm on our first night, they immediately upgraded us to a larger suite at no extra cost—a truly unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Housekeeping was spotless, and the room had excellent natural light, giving it a bright, inviting feel. Even though the hotel has seen some years, the design and furnishings still exude quality and elegance, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing. Every detail—from the thoughtful service to the cleanliness and location—showed real care for guest experience. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a home away from home. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Xi'an and will recommend it without hesitation to everyone I know.

Located just steps away from Zhuque Gate, it’s perfectly positioned near the vibrant Xiao Nanmen Morning Market—perfect for grabbing delicious local breakfasts. The front desk staff were young, friendly, and super efficient with check-in, making the whole process seamless. The room was immaculate, with plush bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the well-designed bathroom with clear dry/wet separation and strong, consistent hot water. Parking was hassle-free, which is always a plus when traveling. The overall value for money is outstanding—this place feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Xi’an. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Staying at Feeling Hotel in Xi'an's Bell and Drum Tower Muslim Quarter was an absolutely wonderful experience. The family-friendly theme made the entire stay feel warm and welcoming—my kids were instantly excited by the kid-friendly space, which kept them entertained all day long. The mini playground was a big hit, and having access to the self-service laundry and quiet massage area made our trip so much more convenient, especially with young ones around. The staff went above and beyond—they greeted us with genuine smiles and even gave my children cute little souvenirs that they adored. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both excellent: fresh, diverse, and delicious. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. Located just steps away from the iconic Bell and Drum Tower and the vibrant Muslim Street, it’s super easy to explore local food and culture on foot. Staying at this hotel near Xi'an's Bell Tower was an absolute highlight of our trip! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Xiao Dong, who was incredibly professional and efficient during check-in—no waiting, just smooth and friendly service. Our room included breakfast, which we enjoyed on the third floor. It’s a bit of a walk up (and you need to swipe your key card to access it), but that added security makes sense, especially with all the foot traffic around the area. What really stood out was the unique interior design on the third floor—stylish, modern, and very Instagram-worthy. The ambiance made breakfast feel like a special treat. Plus, being so close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter made exploring the city a breeze. Great value, great location, and a truly memorable experience. Definitely coming back!
