My stay at New City Grand Rezen Hotel in Suzhou was absolutely outstanding—truly a 10/10 experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city’s top attractions: just a short drive from iconic spots like Tiger Hill, Hanshan Temple, and the Lingering Garden. I saved so much time on transportation, which made my trip much more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a modern yet elegant vibe. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which made it easy to get a restful night's sleep even after a long day of sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—always smiling, ready to help, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personal and thoughtful. On-site amenities like the pool and fitness center were a nice bonus, especially for families or business travelers looking to unwind. It’s clear this hotel lives up to its five-star reputation. Coast Resort

Staying at Coast Resort in Suzhou was an absolutely wonderful experience. I booked a lake-view room, and the moment I opened the window, I was greeted by breathtaking views of Lake Tai—seriously, it felt like waking up in a postcard. The room itself was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean, making the stay incredibly comfortable. What stood out most was the variety of family-friendly activities—my kids loved the baking workshop, ping pong, and table tennis sessions. It kept them entertained and happy throughout our visit. Special shoutout to Xiao Zhai, the staff member who looked after us—her kindness, warm tone, and proactive service made all the difference. She anticipated our needs before we even asked, which made the whole trip feel personal and thoughtful. The atmosphere is peaceful, the location is convenient, and the overall value is outstanding. I’d definitely come back here on my next trip to Suzhou—and I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know.
