Also, Xiao Rui at reception was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional in answering all our questions. The room itself offered a fantastic view, and the overall comfort level was excellent. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort.
