The staff were excellent—check-in was quick and efficient, and they even offered hot water when checking out. Food delivery was brought straight to the door without relying on robots, which made the process feel more personal and convenient. A small suggestion: maybe switch the laundry detergent in the laundry room to liquid detergent, and consider providing two toothbrushes in the room for guests traveling together.
