I traveled with my dog, and due to a shipping company mix-up, he arrived in Xi’an earlier than expected. I reached out to the hotel for help, and Sha Sha immediately stepped in to pick him up. When I arrived late at night, my pup was calm, happy, and showed no signs of stress. Even better, she had already cleaned his travel carrier, provided plenty of food and fresh warm water, and made sure everything was ready for his comfort. The housekeeping staff were equally attentive—when I returned from taking my dog out for a walk midday, the room was spotless and freshly tidied. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, down to the smallest detail. This place truly values pets and their owners, offering not just accommodation but a real sense of home.
