We stayed at Lin Yin Xi Lu with my parents and young child during our trip to Hangzhou, and everyone was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic—just a 15-minute walk to West Lake, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our room on the second floor had a spacious tatami area with huge windows overlooking a beautiful osmanthus tree, and you can even catch a glimpse of the distant Leifeng Pagoda—such a peaceful view. The room itself was generously sized, perfect for traveling with kids. What stood out was the in-house breakfast and coffee shop—clean, welcoming, and serving delicious local flavors. Everything about the stay felt thoughtfully designed: quiet, cozy, and full of charm. It’s rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely come back.
Hangzhou Wuliu Mansion
This trip to Hangzhou was mainly for a concert, and I couldn't have been more pleased with where we stayed. Wuliu Mansion is incredibly well-located—just a 200-meter walk from the subway station, and within easy reach of Hefang Street. The room was clean, thoughtfully designed, and had all the little touches that made our stay comfortable: hand sanitizer, foam soap, and excellent separation between wet and dry areas. These small details really showed how much care they put into guest experience. Everything was spot-on, from location to cleanliness to service. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Hangzhou, especially for events or exploring the city. Highly recommend!

The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the Wulin Square Metro Station—perfect for getting around Hangzhou. The staff were exceptional, especially An An at the front desk. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located on the 26th floor of Qianjiang Times Plaza, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and downtown attractions. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel’s location is fantastic—just steps away from major attractions and local eateries, and public transport is super convenient. While some facilities show their age, the cleanliness and overall condition are excellent, and nothing detracted from the comfort of our stay. With such a great balance of value, service, and convenience, this hotel offers outstanding quality for the price. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.

Returning late at night to find a warm bowl of congee and some light snacks waiting for me. In the middle of winter, that simple gesture brought such a cozy, heartwarming feeling. The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hangzhou—it's my go-to choice for convenience and comfort. The on-site dining on the ground floor is excellent, especially the Song Sister Fish Soup, which is silky and flavorful, and the salted egg yolk pumpkin is rich and satisfying. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. One thing to note: the upper floors are currently under renovation, so there can be some construction noise starting around 8 AM. If you're an early riser or don’t mind a little background sound, it’s not a big deal. But if you prefer quiet mornings and love sleeping in, you might want to request a lower-floor room. Overall, the value is outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—definitely a place I’ll return to.

On-site, the hotel sells simple but delicious boxed meals, perfect for a quick bite. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet environment, and great location just steps from metro access and local eateries.
