The room was spacious and well-designed: the bathroom and walk-in closet were generously sized, with a large desk, a cozy double sofa, and a coffee table perfect for family meals or just relaxing with tea. Everything felt clean and well-maintained—the light-colored carpet looked pristine, no odors at all. As a parent traveling with kids, this kind of hygiene and freshness is everything. The service was exceptional too, especially from Yang Shuang at reception. She noticed we had children right away and immediately gifted us a panda plushie, upgraded our room, and even provided complimentary breakfast for the little ones. It was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids absolutely loved it, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—especially the dan dan noodles, which became a daily must-have. The location couldn’t be better: just 20 meters from the subway station, making travel around Chengdu super easy. The front desk staff, Xiao Cao and Xiao Song, were professional and efficient during check-in, making the process smooth and stress-free. Our room was incredibly quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The robot delivery service for food and essentials was a fun and convenient touch—really added to the modern, high-tech vibe. Everything about this hotel felt premium: the service, the cleanliness, the comfort, and even the attention to detail. It’s rare to find such a great balance of luxury and value.
