I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Juncheng Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road Branch). The room is located on the opposite side of the elevator, so it’s quiet and peaceful, though the windows aren’t perfectly soundproof—some faint chatter from downstairs could be heard at night. That said, the motorized curtains are a huge plus; just press a button and you’re set. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk to the BRT station, and one stop gets you to the metro system, making travel around Xiamen super convenient. The entire property felt quiet and well-maintained, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation. Staying at Almeta Fairyland was an absolute delight! The facilities are comprehensive—everything you'd need is well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, from the cozy bed to the modern bathroom. What truly stood out was the serene environment; right behind the hotel is a small hill with fresh, clean air that fills the space. Waking up to that peaceful view was such a treat. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive—always smiling, ready to help, and making you feel genuinely welcome. Location-wise, it’s super convenient for getting around the city via public transit, just a short ride to downtown. This place offers exceptional value, and I’d definitely book again. A hidden gem in Xiamen!
