Despite ongoing renovations, service levels remain top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. First, there was no background music, and the TV in the dining space was silent, making the atmosphere feel a bit cold and lifeless. Second, the room temperature in the breakfast hall seemed too low, and the staff’s attire didn’t quite match the expected standard of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel—felt a bit casual for the brand image.
