I also want to commend the team—particularly Nian Nian and Li Gaoxiang—for their friendly, professional hospitality. Their energy really added to the positive vibe of the stay. That said, a few small suggestions for future improvements: during colder months, it would be great if the lobby, corridors, and especially the kids’ indoor play area were equipped with heating for greater comfort.
