Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, especially the authentic Tibetan dishes—something I’d never tried before and absolutely loved. The front desk team went above and beyond: Manager Xiao Fu was professional and warm, while Xiao Yi and La Zhen were incredibly attentive and friendly. They upgraded my room and even gifted me a nice tote bag as a welcome gesture. Plus, having a private parking lot with free access throughout my stay was a huge plus for those traveling by car. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here.
