We stayed at Evergrande Hotel Tianjin with our kids for a competition, and the entire experience was outstanding. Right after booking, the front desk called to check on our needs—such thoughtful attention! We arrived late, around 9 PM, but the staff immediately recognized us by name—so warm and welcoming. Since we wanted our kids to stay close to their teammates, the team kindly helped us switch rooms without hesitation. Huge thanks to Weiwei and Yanjuan for going above and beyond. The weather during our visit was chilly with strong winds, but the room was perfectly heated, making for a cozy and restful night’s sleep. The location is super convenient—just a short walk or quick subway ride to the event venue. Excellent service, comfort, and value. Definitely coming back next time!
