I booked this hotel specifically to attend a concert at the Olympic Sports Center—just a few stops away—and got back to the hotel in under 30 minutes after the show ended. Perfect timing! Even though it’s not right next to the station, it’s still easy to access via public transit, and the area feels central without being crowded. For the price, the value is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Hangzhou.

A special shoutout to the housekeeping staff, Ms. Lu and Ms. Li—friendly, attentive, and incredibly thorough in cleaning. The room was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained, which made me feel very comfortable. Located right inside Xingguang International Plaza, the hotel is super convenient for dining. I highly recommend the Northeastern cuisine restaurant just outside the front door—it’s delicious, authentic, and reasonably priced. The budget double room is compact and windowless, but there was no unpleasant odor, so it didn’t affect the stay. That said, soundproofing isn’t perfect—occasional noise from the hallway during the day and some faint sounds at night, so earplugs are helpful if you’re a light sleeper. There’s only one washing machine and one dryer, so timing matters during peak hours. Breakfast was a highlight—varied, tasty, and well-prepared, especially the wonton soup, which stood out. Get there by 7 a.m. to enjoy everything fresh, as the fried items cool down quickly after that. The front desk team were warm, professional, polite, and clearly trained in hospitality—every interaction felt genuine. Overall, I’d give this hotel a solid 98/100. Great value, excellent service, and a great location—definitely coming back.
