White Swan Hotel

Staying in the executive suite was an absolute delight. The room was spacious with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, offering a real sense of privacy. Everything was brand new and well-maintained—especially the bathroom with its efficient dry-wet separation and instant hot water. The executive lounge served excellent afternoon tea and evening snacks, both in quality and presentation. Despite being near the airport, we could hear planes overhead while walking outside, but inside the room, it was completely silent thanks to outstanding soundproofing. The view from the window was wide open, and natural light filled the entire space—really bright and welcoming. Attention to detail was top-notch, and the value for money truly exceeded expectations. The hidden gem was the small garden behind the hotel—lush greenery, peaceful and beautifully designed. Perfect for morning walks, post-lunch strolls, or relaxing in the evening. A small note: on our first morning, we had breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant. The staff welcomed us and asked what drinks we’d like, but then didn’t follow up with service. If they were busy, perhaps skipping the question would have made the experience smoother—just get the drinks to the table quickly instead. Overall, though, this stay was exceptional.

The afternoon tea and late-night snacks were delicious, the room was immaculately clean, and the amenities were top-tier—L'Occitane toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer made the experience feel luxurious. Every detail felt cared for. I left feeling genuinely satisfied and already planning my next visit. Located directly across from the Canton Tower, the view alone is breathtaking—and yes, there’s a private birdwatching platform, but that’s just one of many small details that make this place special. The grand entrance features vintage cars, and the scent of fresh flowers fills the air as you step inside. After staying at the Longjiang White Tiger Suite, I was thrilled to be upgraded again—this time to a spacious one-bedroom suite. And what came with it? A beautiful surprise package: a local map, a delicate sachet, a record-shaped fridge magnet, a plush toy for kids, traditional Guangzhou biscuits, a welcome drink, and free minibar credits—so many little joys!
