He upgraded our room without hesitation, reminded us about breakfast time, and even arranged a late check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spotless, beautifully appointed with French-inspired decor that my girlfriend loved. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and smartly designed—bed linens were soft and breathable, and the bathroom felt like a spa. The fitness center and laundry facilities were kept in excellent condition. I was amazed by the robot delivery service—when I requested makeup remover wipes and face masks for my girlfriend, they arrived at the door within minutes. Even when we ran out of water, a fresh bottle was sent up promptly. The grand rotating entrance adds a luxurious vibe, perfect for photos. I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking.
