I decided to reach out to the hotel, hoping for any help. To my surprise, Xiao Zhu answered right away, speaking with such calm kindness: "Don’t worry, we’ve kept it safe for you. Would you prefer to come back to pick it up, or should we send it via express delivery?" When she learned I’d already left the city, she immediately offered to ship it free of charge—using SF Express—and even took extra care to wrap it securely in bubble wrap to protect the photo. The next afternoon, the package arrived. Inside, everything was intact, and tucked beneath the keychain was a handwritten note: "Wishing you a smooth journey—may this cherished keychain continue to guard your safety." I checked in earlier than usual, and they promptly arranged for housekeeping to clean the room so I could get in early—no waiting, just smooth and efficient service. The room itself lived up to the high standard I’d experienced before: clean, well-maintained, comfortable bedding, and all amenities in perfect working order. The location is fantastic—just steps away from Yongning Gate and Nanshaomen Metro Station, making it super convenient for exploring the city.
