It felt so romantic! The staff were incredibly friendly—from the front desk ladies to the kitchen team and night shift personnel, everyone went above and beyond. I ordered a cream strawberry cake, and they even had the robot deliver it straight to my room after chilling it in the fridge—such a fun touch! The only minor issues were slightly slow Wi-Fi and hot shower water temperature, but honestly, these didn’t take away from the overall experience. Not only did they accommodate us for an extra 4 hours (until 3 PM), but they even allowed us to stay until 7 PM when we paid a small fee. No pushiness, no hassle—just smooth, flexible service.
