I traveled with my dog, and due to a shipping company mix-up, he arrived in Xi’an earlier than expected. I reached out to the hotel for help, and Sha Sha immediately stepped in to pick him up. When I arrived late at night, my pup was calm, happy, and showed no signs of stress. Even better, she had already cleaned his travel carrier, provided plenty of food and fresh warm water, and made sure everything was ready for his comfort. The housekeeping staff were equally attentive—when I returned from taking my dog out for a walk midday, the room was spotless and freshly tidied. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, down to the smallest detail. This place truly values pets and their owners, offering not just accommodation but a real sense of home. Everything you’d want for dining, shopping, and exploring is within easy reach, especially being so close to the lively Huimin Street area. We dined at the 11th-floor restaurant and ordered the 98 RMB family meal—perfectly portioned for our group of three adults and two kids. It was filling, delicious, and great value. Our family room had a window, allowing plenty of natural light, and felt spacious and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—they greeted us with smiles every time we passed by. This level of hospitality really made the stay feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for families or travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a homey vibe.

I’ve stayed at this Atour property many times before, and the service has always been excellent—but this visit gave me a truly unforgettable experience. I had driven out for a quick errand and returned to find myself unexpectedly trapped in my car as sudden heavy rain poured down. With no umbrella inside and the storm showing no sign of letting up, I figured I’d wait it out. But the rain only worsened. Just when I was wondering if it would ever stop, a staff member from the front desk appeared beside my car, holding an umbrella, asking if I’d like to come inside. I was stunned—how did she know I was here? She explained she noticed my headlights were on and assumed someone was inside. As she guided me through the rain, she kept tilting the umbrella toward me, shielding me completely. By the time we reached the lobby, her back was soaked. That moment of quiet dedication brought tears to my eyes. Moments after checking in, a staff member knocked on my door with a thoughtful meal—no joke, I hadn’t even mentioned being hungry! But somehow, they heard me say, “I haven’t eaten yet,” and remembered. Small gestures, big impact. When I checked out, I asked about the kind woman who helped me—I learned her name was Zhao Xiaonian, and the one who delivered the meal was Xiao Nan.
