I especially appreciated the late-night noodle service—delicious and satisfying after a long day. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with all amenities well-maintained. I loved the variety of two different flavored coffee pods, and the bathrobe came as a full two-piece set, neatly stored in a protective cover inside the closet—really shows attention to cleanliness and detail. Breakfast was outstanding: abundant, fresh, and delicious. I did laundry during my stay, left a note with a smiley face, and the next morning, my clothes were already perfectly dried and returned—such a nice personal touch! That said, I did have two small suggestions: the ¥100 deposit for the umbrella seems a bit high for such a small item, and it might be worth reconsidering. Also, no one at the front desk asked if I was driving, which is something I’d expect from a higher-end hotel—proactively offering parking information or assistance would make the stay even more seamless. These are minor points, but with a perfect 10/10 rating, this hotel is already very close to excellence. Just a few thoughtful touches could make it truly outstanding.
