The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Xi'an, super convenient for exploring the city, and having an on-site underground parking garage is a huge plus, especially if you're traveling by car. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and modern, including the robot delivery service, which adds a fun, tech-savvy touch. Just a heads-up: the robot arrives silently without calling or announcing itself, so it’s best to check in advance when it typically shows up—just open the door after waiting a minute or two. Cleanliness is good overall, though some of the hardware feels like it's been upgraded from older fixtures, giving it a slightly dated vibe in certain areas. The surrounding area is fantastic—within a 2-3 minute walk, you'll find a variety of authentic local snacks like Zhou Lao Da Bang Bang Meat and Lan Family Meatballs with Hu La Tang. The only minor downside? I was on the 2nd floor (room 201), close to the street, and there were a couple of hours of loud singing from across the road late at night. But aside from that, everything else was excellent—friendly staff, clean rooms, and great value for money. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Xi'an.

That said, I did have two small suggestions: the ¥100 deposit for the umbrella seems a bit high for such a small item, and it might be worth reconsidering. Also, no one at the front desk asked if I was driving, which is something I’d expect from a higher-end hotel—proactively offering parking information or assistance would make the stay even more seamless. These are minor points, but with a perfect 10/10 rating, this hotel is already very close to excellence. Just a few thoughtful touches could make it truly outstanding.
