Location-wise, it's super easy to get around, and the price is very reasonable for the quality. I come to Northeast China every summer to escape the heat, and the cool weather here is perfect. This is already my fourth consecutive year staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. The owner is so warm and welcoming—feels like family from the moment you walk in. What a lucky coincidence! The hotel is actually located within a large, serene park, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are quiet, with clean air and excellent sound insulation—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Best of all, it's just a short walk to Sun Island Scenic Area and Polar Park, so we didn’t need to rely on transportation. Everything was convenient, well-maintained, and beautifully situated. Our stay exceeded expectations—this place truly delivers comfort, location, and value. I’d definitely come back.

Unlike other hotels where you’re forced to join crowded dining areas or even queue for breakfast, here everything felt calm and seamless. Even at the same price point, most properties don’t proactively explain room amenities or benefits—some guests end up missing perks because staff forget to apply them. At The Ritz-Carlton, they take care of it all upfront, which made my stay so much smoother. And then there’s David, my personal concierge—extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He recommended Sakura Terrace, a Japanese restaurant that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. The owner actually mentioned he was grateful for the recommendation from the hotel, which speaks volumes about their local partnerships. I booked through the platform because the Marriott app didn’t suit my style, but regardless of booking channel, The Ritz-Carlton remains the gold standard in luxury hospitality.
