Staying at Hotel Cacao in Incheon was a delightful surprise. One minor downside: the laptop desk didn’t work—couldn’t power on the computer at all—but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. What really stood out was the staff—they spoke Chinese, so communication was smooth and stress-free. Friendly, helpful, and professional. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Incheon.
