Suzhou Citadines Xinghai Apartment Hotel

This stay completely exceeded my expectations—had to share the love! Huge thanks to Abbott at reception and Linda, who made check-in a breeze. We were upgraded to a higher floor for free with zero wait time, and once we opened the window, the view of the Oriental Gate was absolutely stunning—perfect skyline framing, peaceful and picturesque. Pure joy! The room itself was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with thoughtful touches everywhere. It felt like home but elevated—super comfortable and well-maintained. And the breakfast? Amazing variety and quality. I looked forward to every morning meal, especially the local favorites that tasted just right. This is hands-down one of the best stays I’ve had in China. Already recommended it to friends and family. If I’m back in Suzhou, this will be my go-to choice. 10/10 would book again!
