I found Golden House Hotel, made the reservation immediately, and paid upfront. Then on June 13th, I received a message that my booking had been canceled—no warning, no explanation, just gone. It caused me a lot of stress trying to find another hotel last minute, and prices had doubled by then. I was extremely disappointed. Even more frustrating was realizing that my original room was still available for booking on their website. This lack of communication and transparency really damaged my trust in the platform.
