Courtyard by Marriott Xi'an North
We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel we’ll return to, and one we highly recommend to fellow travelers.

My stay at Hilton Xi'an was absolutely exceptional from the very first moment. Upon check-in, the hotel manager personally upgraded my room and even had an air humidifier ready before I arrived—huge relief for me with respiratory issues, instantly making the space much more comfortable. The room itself was spacious, immaculate, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I loved using the well-maintained fitness center, indoor pool, and sauna facilities—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. On checkout, Ada Yang kindly handed me a thoughtful little gift, a lovely keepsake that made me remember this city fondly. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely caring—service excellence at its finest. And let’s not forget the neighborhood: right outside the hotel, there’s a vibrant local food scene with authentic street eats around every corner. If you’re visiting Xi’an, this is definitely where I’d come back to again. A top-tier experience in every way.

Staying at Grand Barony Xi'an was one of the best decisions I made for my trip to Xi'an. The hotel's location is unbeatable—just a short walk from major attractions and right next to the metro station, making it super easy to explore the city without wasting time on transportation. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, especially Xiao Yuan and Xiao Wei, were incredibly welcoming and professional. They checked me in quickly and went above and beyond by creating a personalized travel itinerary—detailing subway routes, ideal visiting times for each landmark, and even recommending local hidden gems for food. Throughout my stay, any questions or last-minute needs were handled promptly and with genuine care. It felt like having a friendly local guide on hand. The service was flawless, the atmosphere was warm, and the value for money was outstanding. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.

The concierge team, especially our dedicated host Xiao Ge, went above and beyond with genuine warmth and attention to detail. His care made all the difference in elevating our entire trip.
