The location is unbeatable: just an 8-minute walk from Zhonglou Metro Station, making it super easy to explore the city. Check-in was fast and friendly—the staff were smiling throughout, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The room itself was spot-on: a spacious desk with perfectly balanced ambient lighting, ideal for working or relaxing. But the real highlight? The bedding. The mattress had just the right firmness, and they offered both memory foam and buckwheat pillows—my personal dream setup. I fell asleep instantly and slept like a baby. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of options, including authentic Xi’an-style Sāozi Miàn, plus fresh coffee and juice. Filled me up and ready to hit the streets. Plus, they gave us a thoughtful local-themed gift pack—small touches that really elevate the stay. If I come back to Xi’an, this will be my top pick without hesitation.
