The staff, especially Zoe and Kiko at reception, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful—they even provided kids’ toiletries without being asked. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was wonderfully comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Great for families, as I felt completely at ease traveling with my children. Breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options—plenty of choices and delicious quality. One small downside: the key card doesn’t allow charging after removal, which was slightly inconvenient. But honestly, this minor issue doesn’t take away from an outstanding experience. If you’re visiting Xi’an, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Plus, the area is well-equipped with supermarkets, convenience stores, a variety of restaurants, and even a hospital nearby, which added extra peace of mind. This was my second stay at this Sheraton, and I’m already planning my next visit. The pool area is absolutely perfect—serene, well-maintained, and just right for a relaxing swim. The service continues to impress; staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. It’s clear this hotel has built a strong reputation over the years, and it shows in every detail. I especially love the à la carte Chinese restaurant—two of the servers stood out with their warm smiles and attentive yet unobtrusive service. And the breakfast? Outstanding.
