We stayed at GAOGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL near the Great Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Dynasty Night Market, and it was an absolutely perfect choice for our family trip to Xi'an. The hotel is just a short walk from the vibrant Tang Dynasty Night Market, and other major attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Muslim Quarter are also within easy reach—no need for taxis or long commutes. The neighborhood is packed with amazing local food options, so we never ran out of delicious dining choices. Inside the hotel, everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean—beds were comfy, bathrooms were immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond. The housekeeping team was incredibly friendly and always smiling, while the front desk ladies were quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. Bonus: free parking throughout our stay, and they even gave us a cute souvenir gift when checking out! It’s rare to find such a well-located, clean, and thoughtfully-run hotel with such great value. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Xi'an.
This stay at Shuhe Hotel (Xi'an Dayan Pagoda Datang Sleepless City Branch) was an absolute surprise in the best way possible! The location is perfect—right next to a metro station, making it super easy to explore the surrounding areas like the Great Wild Goose Pagoda and the vibrant Datang Night Market. There are countless restaurants and local eateries just steps away, so dinner options are endless. The room itself was immaculate, clean and well-maintained, with a minimalist yet cozy design that felt both modern and welcoming. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—definitely one of the best sleeps I’ve had on my trip. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond, even offering recommendations and assisting with luggage. It’s clear they care about guest experience. For such a great location, amazing comfort, and outstanding service, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Xi'an.
