Three rooms were thoughtfully arranged on the same floor by staff member Shan Shan, making it easy for our group to look after each other. Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Wuhan.

The location is absolutely perfect—right next to the metro station, making it super convenient to get around the city. We were able to reach most places within 30 minutes, and walking to Shanhaiguan Road took just a few minutes—ideal for grabbing a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Xiao Xu and Xiao Zhou for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support throughout our visit. Their care truly made our trip to Wuhan unforgettable and genuinely special.
