She followed up throughout our stay to see how we were doing — so thoughtful and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Getting to the main shopping district is easy via metro, making travel stress-free. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed with smart technology that made everything convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured excellent dry-wet separation—a real plus. I also appreciated the on-site gym and laundry facilities, which added extra convenience. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of variety, and my kids were thrilled with the options. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and location. Definitely going back next time!

The hotel is brand new and the facilities are top-notch—everything you could want is available, from modern amenities to thoughtful touches throughout. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day; the housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive. What really stood out was the location—right on the banks of the Xiang River. I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. That kind of care goes a long way. This place exceeded all expectations—great value, fantastic atmosphere, and unforgettable views. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.
